Returns

Your satisfaction is our number one priority here at Gina's Charms! We want you to absolutely love your purchase but we do understand that sometimes things don't go exactly to plan when it comes to online shopping. Our promise to you is that the products you buy from our store are of the highest quality! We have hand picked the crystals and hand made the jewellery. Quality control is very important for us! So you can trust that the items we are sending you are the items described which you have ordered. We will always have your best intentions at heart. We value and appreciate every order that comes through the Gina's Charms store!

Unfortunately due to the nature of crystals and energy, change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted.

In the case of a faulty item, Gina's Charms will cover the return postage and offer you a replacement, exchange, store credit or a full refund at our discretion. You will need to contact us immediately if you receive a faulty item. If we receive your return and it is not in original unused condition, we will have to return it to you at your cost and will not be able to issue a refund.

All returns must be authorised by a Gina's Charms representative before they are returned. Please ensure you include your order number as a reference in your message.

If you have ordered the wrong size of a handmade bracelet, please contact us to organise it to be returned and resized for you. We will happily remake it for you for no extra charge but the buyer will be responsible for paying the return postage.

Please note all sale items are final sale - unfortunately we cannot return or exchange these items.
